​본 설비는 위험한 유해성 물질을 수작업에 의존하던 것을 자동화 한 장치입니다.

  • Vision System (플라스틱 드럼의 변형과 뚜껑의 변형량을 보정함)

2. ACQC Fastening Automation

ACQC ( Auto Clean Quick Coupler )

반도체, LCD 공정에서 대량 사용되는 가스 혹은 Chemical은 메인 배관을 경유해서 전공정으로 공급시킵니다.

탱크롤리 차량을 이용하여 메인배관 라인에 플러그를 체결하여 공급시킵니다.

​본 설비는 위험한 유해성 물질을 수작업에 의존하던 것을 자동화 한 장치입니다.
